Each charge head has its own basis: per sq ft, per flat type, per parking slot or fixed per flat \u2014 and its own due months.<\/p><\/details>\n<details><summary>How is interest on arrears worked out?<\/summary><p>Simple interest at your rate (for example 18% a year) on the balance unpaid at the start of each month, added to that month&#8217;s bill. You can exempt any flat with one switch. Check the rate your bye-laws allow.<\/p><\/details>\n<details><summary>Can tenants&#8217; names appear on the bill?<\/summary><p>Yes. Each flat has the member (owner), occupancy and tenant name, plus a WhatsApp number for reminders.<\/p><\/details>\n<details><summary>How do WhatsApp reminders work?<\/summary><p>In the defaulter list, one click opens WhatsApp with a ready reminder for that flat, including the balance and your UPI ID. It needs WhatsApp Web or the WhatsApp app.<\/p><\/details>\n<details><summary>Will it work on my phone?<\/summary><p>Yes. The formula edition opens in the Excel app on Android and iPhone, and the macro edition includes a phone copy too. The fill-in forms and one-click PDFs work on a Windows computer.<\/p><\/details>\n<details><summary>Which Excel do I need?<\/summary><p>Excel 2016 or later on Windows or Mac for the formula edition. The macro edition&#8217;s forms need Excel on Windows.<\/p><\/details>\n<details><summary>The buttons don&#8217;t work \u2014 what do I do?<\/summary><p>Windows blocks macros in downloaded files. Right-click the .xlsm file \u2192 Properties \u2192 tick &#8220;Unblock&#8221; \u2192 OK.
