Give management a <strong>class-wise summary<\/strong> and give the accountant a <strong>day book<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<h2>Features<\/h2>\n<h3>Fee structure<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Up to <strong>8 fee heads<\/strong>, for example admission fee, annual charges, tuition, computer, exam and activity fees.<\/li>\n<li>Due months for each head: <em>All<\/em> (every month), <em>Admission<\/em> (once, for new admissions), or any months you name, such as <em>Apr<\/em> or <em>Sep,Mar<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li>Different amounts for up to <strong>20 classes or batches<\/strong>. Choose which heads the student concession applies to.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Students &amp; fees<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Up to <strong>500 students<\/strong>: class, section, WhatsApp number, admission date, transport per month, concession % with reason, and previous session&#8217;s dues.<\/li>\n<li>Fees start from the month of admission and stop when a student leaves. The admission fee is charged only to new admissions.<\/li>\n<li>For every student: <strong>fees due till date, paid, balance, months pending, suggested late fee<\/strong> and &#8220;paid up to&#8221; month.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Receipts &amp; collection<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Up to <strong>3,000 receipts<\/strong> per session.
