Clients pay by cash, UPI, card, <strong>prepaid card<\/strong> or <strong>credit<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Print a <strong>bill<\/strong> or send it on WhatsApp, showing the client&#8217;s package balance and any dues.<\/li>\n<li>Sell <strong>prepaid cards \/ packages<\/strong> (for example, pay \u20b95,000 and get \u20b96,000 of services). Each bill paid by package is deducted from her balance.<\/li>\n<li>Keep an <strong>appointment book<\/strong> with one-click WhatsApp reminders. Upcoming bookings show on the dashboard.<\/li>\n<li>Use <strong>Follow-up<\/strong>: birthdays and anniversaries in the next 15 days with a wish and your offer, and a <strong>win-back list<\/strong> of clients not seen for 45 days (you can change this), biggest spenders first.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<h2>Features<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Clients:<\/strong> up to 1,000, with birthday, anniversary and notes (skin type, allergies, preferred staff). You can set a commission % on any service, such as bridal make-up.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Staff report:<\/strong> services done, service and product sales, and commission for the year or any month.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Retail products:<\/strong> stock received, sold, in hand, stock value and re-order alerts.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Monthly report and dashboard:<\/strong> bills, new clients, average bill, billed vs collected, prepaid cards sold, expenses, commission and profit.<\/li>\n<li>Optional <strong>GST %<\/strong>.
