What you can do with it
- Keep the BOQ of the agreement and see the executed quantity, balance and status of every item.
- Record each measurement as Nos × Length × Breadth × Depth, or as a direct quantity, with deductions.
- Print the RA bill abstract for any bill, with the deduction summary and net payable in words.
- Track payments received, outstanding from the client, retention held and mobilisation advance still to recover.
- See a deviation statement showing items in excess or saving and items beyond your deviation limit.
Features
- BOQ: up to 300 items with code, description, unit, quantity and rate. The contract value is worked out for you.
- Measurement book: up to 3,000 entries with date, RA bill number, location and dimensions. Quantity and amount are worked out, and errors are flagged.
- RA bill: choose the bill number. Every item with work done is listed automatically with qty and amount up to date, previous and this bill. Marking a bill as final changes the title to FINAL BILL.
- Deductions: GST %, income-tax TDS (1% / 2%), GST TDS (2% for government work), labour welfare cess, security / retention, mobilisation advance recovery and other recoveries. Every rate is editable.
- Bills register: all RA bills with gross, cumulative, deductions, net payable, amount and date received, and balance.
- Dashboard: physical progress against time elapsed, outstanding, TDS deducted (useful for 26AS / GSTR-7A matching) and a work-done chart.
