What you can do with it
- Charge maintenance per sq ft, per flat type, per parking slot or as a fixed amount, monthly or in chosen months.

Features
Charges & bills
- Up to 8 charge heads, such as maintenance, sinking fund, repair fund, water, parking and festival fund.
- Four ways to charge: per sq ft (rate × area), per flat type (1BHK, 2BHK, 3BHK, shop…), per parking slot or fixed per flat.
- Choose the months each head is due: every month, or months you name such as Oct or Apr,Oct.
- Printable bill showing each charge with its sq ft working, previous balance or advance, interest, total payable, due date, UPI and bank details, and the amount in words.
Interest on arrears
- Simple interest at your rate (for example 18% p.a.) on the balance unpaid at the start of each month, added to that month’s bill.
- Exempt any flat from interest with one switch.
Collection
- Up to 300 flats with member, tenant, WhatsApp number, area, parking and opening arrears.
- Up to 3,000 receipts a year with automatic receipt numbers. The printed receipt has a member copy and an office copy, with the balance due.
- Defaulters: filter by wing and minimum balance, see months pending and interest, and send a WhatsApp reminder with your UPI ID.
- Member statement: charges, interest, payments and balance month by month for any flat.
Society accounts
- Expense register for up to 2,000 payments a year, under your own expense heads.
- Income & expenditure: billed, collected and spent each month, a running bank + cash balance, expenses by head with %, and billing by charge head.
- Dashboard with pending dues, collection %, defaulters, interest, expenses and a collection-vs-expenses chart.

Requirements
Microsoft Excel 2016 or later on Windows or Mac. No macros, works offline. One file per financial year.
XploreSociety is a billing and collection tool, not a substitute for audited accounts. Check the interest rate and billing rules allowed by your society’s bye-laws.
