XploreStitch runs a boutique’s orders in one Excel file, for ladies’ and gents’ tailoring shops, suit and bridal boutiques and alteration shops. Save each customer’s measurements once, book orders item by item, and print an order slip with a customer copy and a workshop copy. Delivery dates, balances, karigar dues and monthly profit are worked out for you. There’s no app or monthly fee, and it works offline.

What you can do with it
- Save 16 measurements per customer, with names you can change and the date taken.
- Book orders item by item: rate, extras (lining, piping, work), fabric, discount, trial and delivery dates, karigar and design notes.
- Print an order slip with a customer copy (prices, advance, balance) and a workshop copy for the karigar (measurements and notes, no prices).
- Use the delivery board: overdue orders in red, and a “ready for pickup” WhatsApp message in one click.
- Track karigar work and payments, pending dues and a monthly profit report.

- Items & rates: up to 20 items (suit, suit with lining, Anarkali, salwar, blouse, lehenga, kurti, kurta-pyjama, pant, shirt, alteration…), each with a stitching rate and a karigar rate.
- Status flow: Cutting → With karigar → Trial → Ready → Delivered, or Cancelled. An order is “Ready” only when all its items are.
- Payments: advance at booking and balance at delivery, with receipt numbers generated automatically. The Dues list shows delivered orders with money still pending, with WhatsApp reminders.
- Karigar report: items given, pending, done, work done at the karigar rate, paid, and the balance you owe.
- Monthly report: orders, items, sales, collection, karigar cost, expenses and profit, plus item-wise margin.
- Dashboard: orders in hand, overdue, due in 3 days, ready but not collected, this month’s sales and collection, and the next deliveries.
- Optional GST %. Up to 1,000 customers, 3,000 order items and 4,000 payments a year.

Requirements
Microsoft Excel 2016 or later on Windows or Mac. It has no macros and works offline. Use one file per financial year.
