XploreArhat keeps an arhtiya’s accounts in one Excel file, for commission agents in the grain markets of Punjab, Haryana and nearby states. Enter each lot and each lena-dena once. Arhat, the farmer’s khata, byaj, outstanding balances and what agencies and buyers owe you are all worked out for you. It handles government purchases at MSP paid by DBT and private sales paid through you. There’s no software fee and no internet needed, and your farmers’ data stays with you.
What you can do with it
- Record every lot sold (an arrivals / J-form register). Arhat on govt purchases (₹ per qtl) and on private sales (% plus labour) is worked out automatically.
- Keep a farmer khata with every sale, advance, input (seed, fertiliser, diesel), payment and receipt, plus a running balance.
- Charge byaj at your % per month on the farmer’s daily balance, as simple interest added at each month end.
- See who owes you and whom you owe, and send balances on WhatsApp.
- Track dues from agencies (arhat) and private buyers (sale value), and get a month-wise and crop-wise income report.
Features
- Up to 10 crops, each with MSP, govt arhat in ₹ per qtl, private arhat in % and labour in ₹ per qtl. Wheat ₹2,585 / ₹50.75 and paddy ₹2,441 / ₹50.61 (2026-27) are filled in.
- Up to 20 agencies and buyers, for example PUNGRAIN, MARKFED, PUNSUP, FCI, warehousing and rice mills.
- Up to 200 farmers, 3,000 lots and 3,000 lena-dena entries a year.
- Sale slip printed for any lot. For a private sale it shows arhat, labour and net. For a govt sale it states that the agency pays the farmer by DBT.
- Farmer khata printed with dated entries for sales, lena-dena and monthly byaj, and a running balance.
- Party dues: arhat earned, amount due, received and balance for each agency and buyer.
- Dashboard: arrivals (govt and private), sale value, arhat, labour, interest, total income, outstanding balances, and a monthly arrivals chart.
- Checks on every row: unknown farmer, missing rate, date outside the year, and similar mistakes.
