Needs: Microsoft Excel on Windows (2016, 2019, 2021 or Microsoft 365) for the forms and buttons. The forms do not run on Mac, Excel Online or Google Sheets — use the included .xlsx copy there.
First time: right-click the .xlsm file → Properties → tick “Unblock” → OK, then click “Enable Content” when it opens.

Everything in XploreClinic
XploreClinic runs a clinic’s OPD and billing in one Excel file. It suits single-doctor clinics, polyclinics with visiting doctors, dental and physiotherapy clinics, and small nursing homes. Register each patient once, enter one row per visit, and print an OPD slip with an Rx area and the bill. Tokens, visit type, fees, free follow-ups, daily collection and visiting-doctor share are all worked out for you. There’s no software subscription, and it works offline.
What you can do with it
- Keep a patient register with patient no., age from date of birth, phone, blood group and notes.
- Use the OPD register, one row per visit. The token no., New / Revisit / Free follow-up and the doctor’s fee fill in automatically.
- Print an OPD slip with the clinic header, patient details, a space for the prescription (Rx) and the bill.
- See a daily report: patients, new vs follow-up, and collection by cash / UPI / card and by doctor.
- Send follow-up reminders on WhatsApp, see visiting doctor share for the month and a monthly report.
Features
- Doctors & fees: up to 5 doctors, each with a consultation fee and a share % (for visiting consultants).
- Free follow-up rule: a revisit to the same doctor within the free days you set (e.g. 7 days) after a paid visit is charged ₹0 automatically.
- Services: up to 30 services (dressing, injection, ECG, nebulisation, sugar test…) with rates; up to 3 per visit.
- Bills & dues: bill numbers with your prefix, discount, paid now and payment mode. The Dues list shows patients with a balance, with WhatsApp reminders.
- Follow-ups due: patients whose next visit date is coming up or recently missed, with a one-click WhatsApp message.
- Monthly report: visits, new patients, consultation, services, collection, expenses and net, plus service-wise income.
- Dashboard for today and the month. Up to 3,000 patients, 10,000 visits and 1,000 expenses a year.

This is an OPD register and billing tool. It is not medical-records software and gives no medical advice.
Requirements
Microsoft Excel 2016 or later on Windows or Mac (ENCODEURL for WhatsApp links needs Excel 2013+). It has no macros and works offline. Use one file per financial year.
