XploreFleet runs a transport business in one Excel file. It suits truck owners, fleet operators and transport companies with up to 20 trucks. Enter each trip once and print the bilty (LR) from it. Every month you get one freight bill per party. Party dues, diesel and mileage, profit per truck, the cash each driver is holding, and insurance and permit due dates are all worked out for you. There’s no software subscription, and it works offline.

What you can do with it
- Keep a trip register, one row per LR. Freight (per MT or fixed), bill amount, trip expenses, trip profit, km and mileage fill in automatically.
- Print a bilty (LR / consignment note) with a consignor copy and a driver / consignee copy on one A4 page.
- Print a monthly freight bill for each party with all its LRs, advances, an account summary and your bank and UPI details.
- See party outstanding with the overdue part by credit days, and send a WhatsApp payment reminder in one click.
- See profit per truck, the driver khata and document alerts for insurance, permit, fitness, PUC, road tax and driving licence.
Features
- Trucks & drivers: up to 20 trucks (type, capacity, usual driver, 5 document dates) and 30 drivers (licence date, salary).
- Trip costs: diesel (litres and ₹), toll, driver bhatta, loading / unloading and other costs. Detention charges and shortage deductions go on the bill.
- Party accounts: opening balance, bills, advances at loading and payments, giving the balance and overdue amount for each party.
- Driver khata: advances given, money returned, and his trip expenses, giving the cash still with each driver. Salary paid is shown too.
- Truck report for the full year or any month: trips, km, diesel, mileage, income, costs, EMI and repairs, profit, and profit per km.
- Monthly report and dashboard: income, money received, diesel %, expenses and profit; trucks on the road, PODs pending, dues and documents due.
- Optional GST % on freight. Up to 300 parties and 3,000 trips a year.

GST on transport (GTA) and TDS depend on your registration and the party. Confirm the GST % with your CA.
Requirements
Microsoft Excel 2016 or later on Windows or Mac. It has no macros and works offline. Use one file per financial year.
